Operation Mode
We welcome friends both at home and abroad in various modes to carry out the entity business cooperation, basically here are the following modes at present:
Mine proprietary management: we will be responsible for contracting mine, plant construction, products self-marketing;
Joint-venture operation: we bring technology and equipment, capital, operating, a variety of ways to become a shareholder, all-round cooperation;
Professional mining operation management contractor: PMC (Professional Mining Contractor) we set up long-term contracts with miners, for long-term operation in mines and products;
Overseas Direct Investment or Joint Venture: FDI Foreign Direct Investment or JV Joint-Venture: for foreign projects, we will make direct investment or Joint venture;
EPC/BOT (+operation): provide EPC turnkey project service for customers both at home and abroad (including the later-stage operation service) or BOT.
