Rotary Kiln
MER energy saving revolving kiln of Active Lime (dolomite calcinations) production line is the most uniform calcinations technology and equipment for Active Lime (dolomite calcinations), adopting advanced vertical preheater, rotary kiln and vertical cooler technology. It can reduce energy consumption, raise production capacity, reduce costs, and achieve good results in emission reduction and energy saving. The raw material particle size is 15~45mm, the product activity is 420ml. The fuel can be gas and solid, or mixing. The products specifications include 150t/d, 200t/d, 300t/d, 400t/d, 500t/d, 600t/d, 700t/d, 800t/d, 900t/d, 1000t/d and 1200t/d.
MER vertical pre-heater has high heat exchange efficiency. After the pre-decomposition, the material will be returned to rotary kiln to be further calcination. The system makes full use of the residual heat of flue gas. The Adjustable technology of conveying pipe is firstly originated in China. It enlarges the particle size range of material.
The refractory lining of MER rotary kiln adopts new-type multiple energy saving brick which is an exclusive technology and developed independently. Contrast with the traditional refractory material, the multiple energy saving brick can reduce the temperature of kiln surface, and prolong service life of rotary kiln. Adopting advanced average cooling air technology, MER vertical cooler achieves high efficiency in heat-exchanger and uniform cooling. After being heat transferred, the secondary air is directly forced into the rotary kiln to be reused.

Burner
MERSQ series burner is designed on the basis of different kiln type, coal powder character and technical conditions. Its special structure and reasonable technical parameter could ensure full mixing among fuel, primary air and secondary air.
