Hebei Evergaint Iron&Steel 2x1200t/d lime kiln production line is successfully ignited
Hebei Evergaint Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. is a holding subsidiary of SinoGaint Group, annual steel productivity 14million ton. 2x1200t/d lime kiln production line was successfully ignited last month. Now it reached contract performance guarantee. The project uses the fourth generation of pre-decomposition preheater and cooling technology. The flue gas treatment uses SDS desulfurization+settling integrated bag filter+low-temperature SCR denitration technology to achieve ultra-low emission indicators of particulate matter ≤ 5mg/Nm3, SO2 ≤ 35mg/Nm3, and NOx ≤ 50mg/Nm3. The low-temperature denitration technology of lime rotary kiln was used by our company in Shandong Zhongxin Calcium Industry in 2017. This project once again reflects the comprehensive technical strength of our company in the construction of large-scale lime kiln and the integration of kiln flue gas treatment
