800tpd High quality Calcium Lime Rotary Kiln Upgrading and Renovation Project Ignited Successfully
800 ton/day lime rotary kiln project of Shanxi Changxiang High Calcium Lime Co., Ltd., which our company participated in, was successfully ignited at one time.
The project is located in Xiangfen County, Linfen City, Shanxi Province. Hebei Zhongshi Xinxing Engineering Survey and Design Co., Ltd., affiliated to our group, is responsible for the detailed design of the general drawing, thermal engineering, ventilation, water supply and drainage, electrical automation, telecommunications, civil engineering and other disciplines. Handan Dingzheng Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. is responsible for the supply, installation and commissioning of vertical preheater, rotary kiln, vertical cooler, denitration and other equipment.
This project is also the second lime project cooperated by Shanxi Changxiang High Calcium and our company. It is equipped with low temperature denitration device. Combined with the use practice of Phase I production line, it has carried out a number of practical technical innovations, making it an advanced lime rotary kiln roasting system with vertical preheater with environmental protection, energy conservation, high yield and high degree of automation.
