The general contracting project of Tangshan Guotang Iron and Steel 1.2 million TPA oxidized pellet project undertaken by our company has been completed and accepted. The project adopts the grate - rotary kiln - ring cooler technology, and the process includes iron ore powder and bentonite proportioning, high pressure roller milling, forced mixing, pelletizing, screening and distribution, drying and preheating, oxidation roasting, cooling, finished product transportation and other processes (all equipments were manufactured in MER workshop only), including design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning. During the acceptance and assessment period, the compressive strength is more than 2200N. The output exceeds the design value of 3600t/d, with the maximum of 4300t/d, meeting the output and quality requirements in the contract agreement, and realizing the commitment to the owner to reach the output when it is put into production.
