2x1000tpd kilns ignition from world Fortune 500, 6th 7th kilns from MER
On September 18, 2023, the 2x1000 tpd high-active lime rotary kiln for Hebei Jingye Iron and Steel Company, a Fortune 500 company, was successfully ignited and constructed.
This is the sixth and seventh lime kilns constructed by our company for the client; The eighth and ninth kilns are 2x800tpd twin shaft PFR kilns, expected to ignite at the end of this month or early next month.
The project was successfully ignited within 9 months, with an estimated production capacity of 3800-4000tpd. It is a general contracting project that includes engineering design, equipment and material procurement and supply, equipment installation, commissioning, and trial production. Our company adopts mature, reliable, and practical advanced activated lime process technology, combined with the actual situation of customers and raw and fuel conditions, to ensure reasonable and smooth work seat configuration, and the level of technical equipment reaches the advanced level of domestic lime production lines.
