900tpd twin shaft PFR is under engineering design
Recently, the MER/Dingzheng Group's general contracting and construction of a 900t/d twin shaft PFR kiln project is being orderly designed, which will be a new breakthrough for the company and a major breakthrough in the global process of large-scale twin shaft PFR kiln kilns. The 2x900 kilns, with the participation of our personnel, has been successfully ignited and fired last year. The 900t/d EPC project packaged by our company is expected to be successfully ignited and fired in early of 2025. The launch of the new project will consolidate MER/Dingzheng Group's leading position in the lime kiln field and is a significant breakthrough in the twin shaft PFR kiln technology.
At this point, the group has fully achieved the predetermined planning goals of the "2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9" projects, and has successfully constructed and put into operation 200tpd, 300t/d, 400tpd, 500tpd, 600tpd, 700t/d, 800t/d, and 900t/d activated lime twin shaft kilns.
This project achieves single fuel or mixed fuels burning, effectively solving the fuel problem of the owner. From project initiation, to theoretical calculations, to simulation, and finally drawing the blueprint with every stroke, MER/Dingzheng has been working day and night to brainstorm, gather wisdom, and innovate together.
