Expected by the end of this month, the larg-est lime project in Central Asia MER supplied EPS project, with a daily output of 2x600 tons (Phase I). The lime rotary kiln project is expected to undergo ignition and trial production.
The project is located in Karaganda Oblast, Kazakhstan, and its sales will radiate throughout Kazakhstan and surrounding countries. Our subsidiary Hebei Zhongshi Xinxing Engineering Survey and Design Co., Ltd. is responsible for detailed design work including general layout, thermal engineering, ventilation, drainage, electrical automation, telecommunications, civil engineering, etc. Handan Dingzheng Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. is responsible for the supply, installation and commissioning of equipment including mine crushing, vertical preheater, rotary kiln, vertical cooler, grinding, etc.
This project adopts the world's leading and stable technology, making it an advanced lime rotary kiln roasting system with vertical preheaters that combines environmental protection, energy conservation, high production, and high automation.
